FAQ'S

All you need to know to get the best out of your Chase Pro Dog Treadmill

Still have questions?

Non-motorized dog treadmills are equipped with a running deck that is long enough to accommodate a dog’s natural stride and gait, providing ample space for comfortable running. Using a human treadmill with an inappropriate length can hinder the dog’s movement, leading to an unnatural gait and possible joint issues in the future. Chase Pro non-motorized dog treadmills are wider than human treadmills, allowing the dog to move freely and encouraging natural trotting and extension.

Prior to initiating a program for dogs experiencing chronic stress, it is advisable to take measures to reduce stress levels in the dog. If this involves walks, we suggest temporarily discontinuing them until the dog’s stress levels have stabilized as much as possible.

Yes. It should be noted that a key benefit of taking your dog outside for a walk, are the many benefits they get from novelty and being able to interact with their environment with their nose. This is so important and of value to dogs. Research has indicated that dogs tend to favour those that walk them more than anyone else that interacts with them (including those that feed them).
Unless you are physically incapable of walking your dog, the treadmill exercise does not replace the need for regular, daily walks. In fact, it is most effective when it is applied immediately before or after the dog’s regular walk.

Yes all our treadmills are quiet.

The kind of treadmill you choose partly depends on how you want to train your dog and the size of your dog.

It is ideal for high-energy dogs who require a more stimulating exercise routine.

Professional  No resistance
The Professional model comes with a sleek, oiled bearing that provides no friction free spinning.
This enables the dog to easily achieve and sustain its maximum speed during the entire training session.
