Chase Pro Product Warranty Terms and Conditions

1. General Warranty Coverage
Chase Pro warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of “one (1) year” from the date of original purchase. This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

2. Warranty Services
Should a defect be identified within the warranty period, Chase Pro, at its sole discretion and subject to inspection/investigation, will:

• Repair the product at no cost using new or refurbished replacement parts.
• Replace the product with a new or refurbished product of equal or greater value.
• Provide a partial or full refund of the original purchase price.

3. Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to:

• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or superficial defects that do not impact the product’s functionality.
• Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, or failure to follow usage instructions.
• Alterations, modifications, or repairs performed by anyone other than an authorised Chase Pro service provider or manufacturer.
• Use of the product for purposes other than its intended purpose, including commercial or rental applications.

4. Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, the original purchaser must:

• Contact Chase Pro’s customer service via email at info@chase-pro.com and provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice).
• Submit a description of the defect along with any necessary videos and or photographs.
• Comply with any additional instructions provided by Chase Pro for the evaluation or return of the product.

5. Shipping Costs
The customer shall bear the shipping costs for returning the product for inspection or repair. Chase Pro will cover the costs for sending the repaired or replacement product back to the customer once the product has been evaluated and necessary repairs completed.

6. Limitation of Liability
The liability of Chase Pro under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product as outlined. Chase Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

7. Warranty Validity
This warranty is rendered null and void if the product’s identification marks, have been altered, removed, or defaced.

8. Applicable Law
This warranty shall be governed by the laws of Australia. Any legal disputes arising out of or relating to this warranty shall be adjudicated in the courts of Australia.
